Welcome to Arcady Plants. By using our website to browse, place an order, or interact with our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. Throughout the site, the terms 'we', 'us' and 'our' refer to Arcady Plants.

We aim to respond to e-mails within 48hours.
Products
We aim to provide accurate information about our plants, including care guidelines, estimated growth rates and where possible images. If you have any additional questions about a plant, please e-mail us with your question before ordering and we will do our best to help.
Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your purchase.
Our payments are processed securely by Stripe, a trusted payment provider. We do not store your payment details on our website.
Prices are listed with taxes included unless otherwise stated.
Delivery and Shipping
We aim to despatch orders within 10 working days, although in the majority of cases orders will be sent much sooner than this.
We despatch orders on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays. We do not dispatch orders on any other days of the week, to avoid the risk of plants being held by couriers over the weekend.
During periods of adverse weather, such as extreme heat, significant cold or flooding, dispatch of orders may be delayed until conditions and circumstances improve.
We despatch orders to England, Scotland and Wales. Unfortunately, we do not currently dispatch orders to:
Northen Ireland
Isle of Man
Jersey
Guernsey
Aldeney
Sark
Other EU/EEA countries
Anywhere requiring international despatch
Shipping Costs: We charge a flat rate of £10 for postage. In the event of an exceptionally large order, we reserve the right to adjust this charge, with the agreement ofboth parties, or cancel the order. Therefore, if you plan to order a very large quantity of plants, we ask that you e-mail us first so we can make the necessary arrangements.
Returns and Refunds
We are proud of the quality of the plants we sell, but if for any reason you are not 100% happy with your order, please contact us within 48hrs of the plants being delivered, and we will endeavour to help.
Liability
We are confident you will get many years of enjoyment from the plants you buy from us. However, as the health of a plant can be impacted by many factors such as weather, soil conditions, levels of irrigation, animal or pest damage, diseases in the environment etc, we cannot be held accountable for problems or losses going forward once an order has been accepted, and the 48hr period described under ‘Returns and Refunds’ has elapsed.
Your responsibilities
By ordering from our site, you confirm that you are at least 18years old. You agree not to use our products for any unlawful activities, or in a manner that violates our terms and conditions.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time, therefore we encourage you to review them periodically to stay informed of any changes.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
