A truly excellent Solidago, often recommended as the selection to try by various knowledgeable gardeners and plantspeople. Tall yet self-supporting; mildew free unlike others; and a good long flowering period well into late autumn.
From what we can find out, it seems this selection was named in tribute to the late Dennis Strange, who was an active Plant Heritage member from the West Midlands.
