From September, purple pink flowers produced in elegant sprays on self-supporting stems. New to us, but in the short time we have been growing this plant it has made an impression. It should prove to be a very garden-worthy plant given it is a 2009 introduction from the Symphyotrichum specialists at Old Court Nurseries in Herefordshire.
